About Northwich
Northwich is a town and civil parish in the unitary authority of Cheshire West and Chester in the ceremonial county of Cheshire, England. It lies in the heart of the Cheshire Plain, at the confluence of the rivers Weaver and Dane. The town is about 18 miles (29 km) east of Chester, 15 miles (24 km) south of Warrington, 19 miles (31 km) south of Manchester and 12 miles (19 km) south of Manchester Airport. The population of the civil parish was 20,924 in 2021 and the wider built-up area (which also covers parts of several other civil parishes) was 50,531. Northwich was named as one of the best places to live in the United Kingdom by The Sunday Times in 2014.The area around Northwich has been exploited for its salt pans since Roman times, when the settlement was known as Condate.

5 stars are just not enough for the amazing service that Miriam provided in the making of my wedding dress! After a very stressful time with a previous dressmaker who completely let me down, Miriam truly saved the day by producing the dress that I had always dreamed of. The material she used was absolutely beautiful and it was so comfortable right from the morning all the way into the night- I didn't want to take the dress off! I was so grateful for all the time and care that Miriam put into creating the dress. She ensured that all the details were perfect and that all the parts of my Nan's/Mum's dress that I wanted incorporating, were added in with such respect for both the history and special family significance of the dress. I also want to add that for every fitting and try on with the dress, Miriam was so kind and calm which made the whole experience even better.
