About Livonia
Livonia is a city in Wayne County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 95,535 at the 2020 census, which ranked it as Michigan's ninth most-populated municipality.Livonia is a part of Metro Detroit and is located about 2 miles (3.2 km) west of the city limits of Detroit, separated only by Redford Township. Originally organized as Livonia Township in 1835, it incorporated as a city in 1950. == History == After most members of the indigenous tribes were pushed out of the area, ethnic European-American pioneers from New England and New York settled here. We have a 96 unit high end condo complex with an extensive amount of wood siding. Joe Shembri and J&B Painting did a fantastic job of power washing, wood repair and finish painting for our scheduled buildings this year. J&B was fair, professional, honest and worked together with us to be sure we were satisfied. The workmanship and quality was excellent and the crew was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and cleaned up perfectly when they finished. Excellent quality work. I used this company and am very pleased. He showed up on time and took the time to listen to what I wanted done. From the prep work to the finish they were very professional and I got the desired look I was going for. I normally don’t review much but this company is worth mentioning.
