She takes great care to understand the mobility of her clients and any issues they may have. I have been doing Pilates for over 20 years, four with Maritza and can honestly say I’ve never had such an effective teacher, particularly when it comes to working on the reformer and other specialist equipment. She is extremely professional but also makes her lessons fun!
